2.1 These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GoAnsuran. By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or Services.

2.3 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2.4 These Terms apply to all users of our Site and Services, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2.5 By using Products that include Security Features, you acknowledge and agree that GoAnsuran may monitor, manage, and control certain functions of the Products as necessary to protect against Unauthorized Use and ensure compliance with these Terms.

3.1 GoAnsuran offers a rental program that allows you to rent Products for specified periods. The rental program is subject to these Terms and the specific terms outlined in your Order Confirmation.

3.2 Rental fees, duration, and other terms will be specified in your Order Confirmation and may vary based on the Product, rental period, and other factors.

3.3 You acknowledge that rented Products remain the property of GoAnsuran or its Third Party Partners throughout the Rental Period.

3.4 You agree to use rented Products in accordance with these Terms and any specific instructions provided by GoAnsuran.

4.1 All Products provided through our rental program remain the exclusive property of GoAnsuran or its Third Party Partners at all times during the Rental Period.

4.2 You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights, title, or interest in any Product through the rental program.

4.3 You agree not to sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of any Product or attempt to do so.

4.4 GoAnsuran reserves the right to take immediate possession of any Product in case of breach of these Terms or termination of the Rental Period.

5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GoAnsuran grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products during the Rental Period solely for your personal or business use as specified in your Order Confirmation.

5.2 This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Products or any intellectual property rights.

5.3 You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license to any third party without GoAnsuran's prior written consent.

5.4 This license automatically terminates upon expiration or termination of the Rental Period or breach of these Terms.

5.5 GoAnsuran reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

6.1 You agree to pay all Fees as specified in your Order Confirmation, including rental fees, taxes, shipping costs, and any additional charges.

6.2 Payment is due in advance for each Rental Period unless otherwise specified in your Order Confirmation.

6.3 If you fail to make payment when due, GoAnsuran may suspend or terminate your access to the Products and Services, and you may be subject to late fees and collection costs.

6.4 You authorize GoAnsuran to charge your designated payment method for all applicable Fees.

6.5 All Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.

7.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by GoAnsuran. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud detection systems.

7.2 If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7.3 We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

7.4 Order acceptance is confirmed when we send you an Order Confirmation.

8.1 Title to all Products remains with GoAnsuran or its Third Party Partners at all times during the Rental Period.

8.2 You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in any Product except as expressly granted under these Terms.

8.3 You agree not to create or permit any lien, security interest, or encumbrance on any Product.

8.4 You will not remove, alter, or obscure any identification marks, serial numbers, or other markings on any Product.

9.1 Products will be dispatched to the delivery address specified in your Order Confirmation.

9.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

9.3 You must be available to receive delivery or arrange for an authorized person to receive the Products on your behalf.

9.4 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.

9.5 You must inspect Products immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.

9.6 If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or incorrect delivery information, additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

10.3 Rental Periods may be extended subject to Product availability and additional fees.

10.4 Early termination of Fixed Subscription rentals may result in early termination fees as specified in your Order Confirmation.

11.1 Vouchers, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

11.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

11.3 Vouchers and promotional codes have expiration dates and must be used before the specified deadline.

11.4 GoAnsuran reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

11.5 Fraudulent use of vouchers or promotional codes may result in account suspension or termination.

12.1 For certain Products, you may have the option to purchase the Product at the end of the Rental Period.

12.2 Purchase options and pricing will be specified in your Order Confirmation or communicated separately.

12.3 If you choose to purchase a Product, title will transfer to you upon full payment of the purchase price.

12.4 Purchase options are subject to Product availability and condition.

12.5 You must exercise any purchase option before the end of the Rental Period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13.3 Upon termination, you must immediately return the Product in accordance with the return process.

13.4 You remain liable for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination.

14.1 You may cancel your order before the Product is dispatched by contacting our customer service team.

14.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your account dashboard.

14.3 If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow the return process.

14.4 Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your Order Confirmation.

14.5 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

15.1 You must return all Products at the end of the Rental Period or upon termination of these Terms.

15.2 Products must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.

15.3 You are responsible for packaging Products securely and arranging return shipping unless otherwise specified.

15.4 Return shipping costs may be charged to you unless the return is due to our error or Product defect.

15.5 Late return fees may apply if Products are not returned by the specified return date.

15.6 You remain liable for Products until they are received and inspected by GoAnsuran.

16.1 You are responsible for any damage to Products beyond normal wear and tear during the Rental Period.

16.2 In case of loss, theft, or irreparable damage to a Product, you may be charged the full replacement cost.

16.3 You must report any damage, loss, or theft immediately to GoAnsuran.

16.4 GoAnsuran reserves the right to inspect returned Products and assess damage charges.

16.5 Damage charges will be based on the cost of repair or replacement, as determined by GoAnsuran.

17.1 Products may include Security Features to protect against theft, unauthorized use, and to ensure compliance with these Terms.

17.2 You acknowledge and consent to the installation and operation of Security Features on Products.

17.3 You agree not to disable, remove, or circumvent any Security Features.

17.4 Security Features may collect and transmit data about Product usage and location for security and compliance purposes.

17.5 GoAnsuran may remotely access Products through Security Features to provide support, updates, or to protect against unauthorized use.

18.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAnsuran's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Products or Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

18.2 GoAnsuran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

18.3 Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

18.4 GoAnsuran does not warrant that Products will meet your specific requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

18.5 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

19.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoAnsuran and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Products or Services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any damage to or loss of Products while in your possession

19.2 This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.

20.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

20.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

20.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21.1 GoAnsuran reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

21.2 Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

21.3 We may notify you of material changes via email or through our Service, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

23.1 All payments must be made through approved payment methods. You authorize GoAnsuran to charge your payment method for all fees and charges.

23.2 If a payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method immediately. Additional fees may apply for declined payments.

23.3 Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your Order Confirmation.

23.4 GoAnsuran may suspend or terminate services for delinquent accounts and pursue collection of outstanding amounts.

24.1 You may not use Products or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

24.2 You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer Products to third parties without written consent from GoAnsuran.

24.3 You may not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from Products.

24.4 You may not use Products in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair GoAnsuran's systems or networks.

24.5 You may not circumvent or disable any security features or access controls.

25.1 You may be required to maintain insurance coverage for Products as specified in your Order Confirmation.

25.2 Insurance requirements may include commercial general liability, property coverage, and other types as determined by GoAnsuran.

25.3 You must provide proof of insurance upon request and ensure coverage remains in effect throughout the Rental Period.

25.4 GoAnsuran may offer optional insurance products for additional protection.

26.1 GoAnsuran may offer trade-in programs for eligible devices, subject to separate terms and conditions.

26.2 Trade-in values are determined by GoAnsuran based on device condition, model, and market factors.

26.3 Trade-in credits may be applied to your account or used toward future rentals or purchases.

26.4 All trade-in transactions are final and subject to device inspection and verification.

27.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoAnsuran regarding the subject matter herein.

27.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

27.3 GoAnsuran's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

27.4 You may not assign these Terms without GoAnsuran's written consent. GoAnsuran may assign these Terms at any time.

27.5 These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
