Return Eligibility
Final Sale Items
GoAnsuran does not accept returns on items marked as "new," "never used," "pristine," or "store fresh." These items are considered FINAL SALE once payment is processed through our platform.
Custom Orders
Items sourced specifically for you that were not in our partner merchant's inventory at the time of request are considered "custom orders" and are not eligible for return, regardless of condition.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for store credit on items described as "Pre-Owned" or "Refurbished," provided the item is returned in the same condition as when sold.
Return Process
1Initiate Return Request
Email shop@goansuran.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return.
2Receive Return Label
We will provide you with an insured return shipping label for eligible returns.
3Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship using our provided label within 4 days (7 days for international customers).
4Receive Store Credit
After inspection, we'll issue store credit valid for 180 days from your original purchase date.
Store Credit Terms
- •Store credits are valid for 180 days from the date of original purchase
- •Credit amount will be reduced by original shipping costs and return shipping costs
- •Store credits can be used for future purchases on our platform
- •Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
Important Conditions
Inspection Policy
All items are video-recorded before shipping. We reserve the right to reject returns if items appear to have been used or damaged.
Shipping Responsibility
If you choose to use your own shipping label, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using insured shipping.
International Returns
Returns from outside Malaysia may be subject to customs charges and foreign exchange fees, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Installment Plan Cancellations
Early Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your installment plan early, you may do so by paying the remaining balance in full. No additional fees will be charged for early completion.

- • Complete payment of remaining balance if applicable
- • Receive confirmation of plan cancellation
